Night Attendant

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services:

• Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs.

• Handle late-night inquiries, and special requests.

• Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.

Security & Safety:

• Monitor the premises and conduct security checks.

• Ensure doors and entrances are secured after designated hours.

• Handle emergency situations such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or guest disturbances.

Front Desk & Administration:

• Answer phone calls

Housekeeping & Maintenance Support:

• Assist with minor maintenance tasks or escalate issues to the appropriate department.

• Ensure public areas are clean and well-maintained.

• Prepare for early morning guest arrivals and breakfast setup if required.
