Sales Representative
About the Role
Digital Brain is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our innovative AI solutions across multiple sectors including hospitality, healthcare, mobility, and health & safety. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our growing team and make a significant impact in the AI technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 6 site visits daily to businesses across Malta & Gozo
- Present our solutions to management and decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, directors, managers, and key stakeholders
- Demonstrate the value proposition of our services to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Essential Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B technology or service sectors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driving licence and access to own transport is a must
- Fluency in English and Maltese (preferred)
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience across multiple business sectors (hospitality, healthcare, mobility, health & safety preferred)
- Knowledge of AI technology and digital transformation
- Understanding of business process analysis and operational efficiency principles
- Consultative selling experience preferred
- Experience with CRM systems
