Aftersales Technician

Proenergy Solutions Ltd is seeking reliable and motivated Aftersales Technicians to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for technicians who take pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and delivering excellent service to clients.

About the Role

As an Aftersales Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out approved maintenance, service, and minor corrective works across client sites. You will play a key role in ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely, while representing the company to the highest professional standard.

The position focuses on technical execution and service quality, with clear responsibility for accurate reporting and safe working practices.

Key Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance

· Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance visits as assigned

· Follow maintenance checklists and procedures

· Record findings clearly and accurately

· Identify potential issues and report them promptly

Reactive & Emergency Service Calls

· Attend service calls only when scheduled and dispatched

· Diagnose faults and carry out approved corrective actions

· Communicate findings and recommendations internally

· Refer any additional work requirements for approval before proceeding

Materials & Work Execution

· Use materials responsibly and as instructed

· Verify materials prior to installation

· Ensure all works are completed in line with approved instructions

Documentation & Client Interaction

· Complete service reports in full for every visit

· Obtain client confirmation for completed works

·Communicate professionally with clients without discussing pricing or commercial matters

Safety, Quality & Professional Conduct

· Follow safety guidelines and site regulations at all times

· Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good condition

· Act professionally and responsibly when representing the company

Qualifications & Skills

· Technical qualification or hands-on experience in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical systems

· Relevant licenses and certifications considered an asset

· Valid driving license

· Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and documentation requirements
