Role Overview
We are seeking a talented 3D Simulation Engineer to contribute to the development of our advanced road network simulation engine and 3D visualization components. This role is critical to creating the visual and interactive foundation of our digital triplet system.

- 3D Simulation Development: Design and implement road network simulation engine with realistic traffic modeling
- Visualization: Develop advanced 3D visualization capabilities for complex transportation scenarios
- Performance Optimization: Optimize for speed and scalability to handle large urban areas
- Integration: Work with our AI and data analytics teams to create seamless system integration
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Graphics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in 3D graphics programming and simulation development
- Proficiency in:
- Modern 3D graphics frameworks (OpenGL, WebGL, Vulkan, Metal, or similar)
- Programming languages: C++, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python
- Game engines or simulation frameworks (Unity, Unreal Engine, or custom engines)
- Mathematical modeling and computational geometry
- Real-time rendering techniques and optimization
Domain Knowledge
- Experience with traffic simulation, transportation modeling, or urban planning systems
- Understanding of GIS technologies and spatial data processing
- Knowledge of graph algorithms and network analysis
- Familiarity with machine learning integration in simulation systems
Additional Requirements
- Experience with cross-platform development and cloud deployment
- Strong debugging and performance profiling skills
- Knowledge of software architecture patterns for complex systems
- Experience with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies
Desirable Qualifications
- Background in urban planning, transportation engineering, or smart city technologies
- Knowledge of environmental impact modeling and sustainability metrics
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard development
