Part-Time Sales Coordinator
Location: Office Based (Bulebel Industrial Area)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and commercially aware Sales Coordinator to support our business development activities. This role goes beyond traditional administration and sits at the core of our sales pipeline, combining lead generation, client communication, and quotation support.
You will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring accurate tracking and follow-through across all stages of the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
· Conduct outbound lead generation through cold calls, cold emails, and WhatsApp outreach
· Respond to inbound enquiries and assess qualification
· Share Business Development Executive meeting booking links with qualified leads
CRM & Pipeline Management
· Maintain accurate lead, activity, and pipeline records in our CRM (HubSpot)
· Track all communications, updates, and progress across opportunities
Quotation & Commercial Support
· Prepare standard quotations
· Draft quotations for bespoke solutions based on provided technical scope and effort estimates
· Issue quotation drafts for internal approval before submission
Grants & Documentation
· Prepare and submit SME grant applications on behalf of eligible clients
· Maintain proper documentation for all submitted applications
Records & Financial Follow-Up
· Maintain structured records of quotations, costing breakdowns, and supporting documentation in our CRM (HubSpot)
· Follow up on outstanding invoices and support debtor collection processes
Requirements
· Strong communication skills (phone, email, written)
· Confident engaging with prospective clients through outreach
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail
· Comfortable working with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
· Ability to handle multiple tasks across sales and administration
· Commercial awareness and basic understanding of pricing/quotations
· Previous experience in sales coordination, admin, or business development support preferred
