Product Owner

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategic development and

execution of Digital Brain’s diverse product portfolio. This role will be instrumental in

driving product vision, roadmap planning, and stakeholder alignment across our AIpowered solutions and business optimisation services.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy for Digital Brain’s portfolio of AI solutions
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps for AI-powered applications and business optimisation services
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in A-Ipowered business solutions
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align product strategy with business objectives

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as primary liaison between development teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Gather and prioritise requirements from clients across various industries
• Manage relationships with technology partners and regulatory bodies for compliance requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and product demonstrations

Product Development Leadership

• Own and manage product backlogs across multiple AI solution verticals
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for complex AI systems
• Lead agile development processes and sprint planning sessions
• Ensure timely delivery of product features while maintaining quality standards

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Define and monitor key product metrics and KPIs
• Analyze user feedback and usage data to inform product improvements
• Conduct A/B testing for new features and service offerings
• Generate actionable insights from customer feedback and market trends

Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling technology products
• Experience working with enterprise clients across various industries preferred
• Background in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications
• Experience with data analytics and product metrics tools
• Familiarity with enterprise software systems and API integrations
• Knowledge of API development and system integration

Business Acumen

• Strong business analysis and strategic thinking capabilities
• Understanding of B2B product development and market dynamics
• Experience with product pricing and business model development
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Leadership experience with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with technology initiatives across multiple industry verticals
• Knowledge of Malta’s business landscape and regulatory environment
• Certifications in product management (CSPO, PMP) or AI/ML
