Shop Attendant

We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Shop Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, be proficient in computer use, and be fluent in Maltese and English.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure proper product display.
• Use computer systems for inventory management and sales processing.
• Provide technical guidance on products when needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the shop.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, updating records, and managing correspondence.
• Assist with order processing, invoicing, and stock monitoring.

Requirements:

• Technical knowledge related to the products sold.
• Computer literacy
• Fluency in Maltese and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in retail, administration, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
