Kitchen Assistant – Casa Paola

Lyons Care is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join the team at Casa Paola on a full-time basis.

The role helps keep the kitchen and dining areas clean, safe and ready for each meal. You will support the cook and assistant cook and help the dining service run smoothly.

Key duties

• Follow the kitchen and dining room cleaning schedule.
• Keep kitchen stores, fridges, freezers and equipment clean.
• Set up and clear the dining room before and after meals.
• Deliver room service food when needed.
• Track cutlery and crockery.
• Report faults and maintenance needs.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health rules.

Requirements

• A valid food handling licence recognised by local authorities.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A helpful and hands-on attitude.
• Willingness to attend training.
