In an exciting development for the Maltese business community, The Malta Chamber recently announced the election of its Board of Management. This board, a cornerstone in shaping the future of Maltese commerce, plays a pivotal role in advising the Council on policy matters and overseeing the administration of the Chamber.
Leading the charge, Marisa Xuereb has been appointed as President, with Christopher Vassallo Cesareo, Managing Director of Domestica Ltd, stepping in as Deputy President. Adding to the roster of esteemed leaders, Liz Barbaro Sant of Alberta Group and Nicholas Xuereb of Toly Products Ltd have been elected as Vice-Presidents.
We’re particularly thrilled to announce that Mark Bajada, of Bajada New Energy Ltd, a subsidiary of Bajada Lyons Group, has been elected as an Officer on the Board of Management. This election marks a significant recognition of Bajada New Energy Ltd’s contributions to the Maltese energy sector and reinforces our group’s commitment to economic growth and sustainable practices.
Joining Mark in this venture are Norman Aquilina of Simonds Farsons Cisk plc and Ian Casolani of Belair Properties, both of whom bring a wealth of experience and insight to the table.
