Licensed Electrician
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and licensed Electrician to carry out electrical installations, maintenance, fault finding, and repairs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Carry out wiring, distribution board installations, cable routing, and electrical terminations
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications
- Perform testing, fault finding, and troubleshooting
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local regulations and safety standards
- Work closely with PV installation teams on solar-related electrical connections
- Install and connect inverters, batteries, EV chargers, and other electrical equipment
- Prepare reports and documentation for completed work
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid electrician licence and relevant certifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical installations
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, regulations, and safety procedures
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Experience with single-phase and three-phase systems
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Valid driving licence
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in solar PV systems and battery installations
- Knowledge of EV charger installations
- Experience with brands such as Sungrow and Huawei
- Health and safety certification
- Experience in industrial and commercial projects
